Planning is a process not a document. Crisis Ready will work with you to make sure your team is truly ready to act on the day. We will build plans and processes that are complex enough to be realistic and simple enough to be useful. Strategic policy through to practical templates will all be integrated, unified and useful. We focus on making all documents including policy, systems and plans accessible to your whole team using clear language and graphic elements to represent processes. We also create tools and templates which enact your policy and values in concrete and practical ways.
Tell me and I forget. Show me and I remember. Involve me and I understand. A plan that hasn't been exercised, isn't a plan. Don’t wait till a crisis hits to learn the lessons. To be Ready you need your team to test the plan and their own ability to respond. The objective of our exercises is to enhance both plans and people. Our simulation exercises are realistic, engaging and challenging. They will be tailored to both your team and your plans, making sure that the level of challenge creates the best learning outcomes.
